Abby, a skilled Sports Massage Therapist & Injury Rehabilitator, is a valued member of The Therapy Barn team.
With a deep-rooted passion for sports and a lifelong involvement in various outdoor activities, Abby’s interest in helping individuals overcome setbacks caused by sporting injuries and return to their active lifestyles was sparked at a young age. Her extensive experience as an athlete, competing for her local athletics club and representing Sussex athletics in prestigious events like the English Schools Track and Field Championships, has given her invaluable insights into the diverse range of injuries encountered in sports.
Abby’s dedication to her field led her to pursue a Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where she successfully completed her studies alongside part-time work and maintaining an active social life. During her time at the university, she achieved the highest sports massage qualification available in the UK, the Level 5 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy. This comprehensive training, combined with practical experience gained from working with both general clients and athletes ranging from amateurs to elites, has equipped her with the necessary skills to deliver top-notch care.
Currently, Abby is available at The Therapy Barn on Thursdays. In addition to her role at the clinic, she also works as a Clinical Assistant in the MRI department at the Princess Royal Hospital, further expanding her expertise in the field.
Abby’s commitment to helping individuals recover from injuries and optimise their performance is evident in her qualifications, experience, and unwavering dedication. At The Therapy Barn, she strives to provide the highest level of care and support to clients on their journey to recovery and achieving their athletic goals.

I’m Caroline (or Caz as I’m better known!) and I am the proud founder and owner of CB Fitness Pilates.
I am a Level 3 CIMSPA qualified Pilates Instructor and run a variety of Pilates classes in and around East Grinstead, West Sussex, where I live with my husband and two gorgeous children. I also offer private 1:1 sessions and smaller online classes. I am currently working towards my Level 4 Advanced Pilates qualification, so I can help even more people, especially those with specific orthopaedic conditions.
Pilates is just as much about the mental health benefits to me as it is the physical benefits. I love how relaxed I feel after a class and how motivated it makes me for the rest of the day. Because of Pilates, I have a strong body and healthy mind, and I am now on a mission to make everyone else fall in love with the power of Pilates too!
Give it a go - you won’t be disappointed!

Laura is the founder of The Therapy Barn Surrey Ltd. She established the clinic in 2019 after gaining several years of experience as an independent therapist, having qualified with the LSSM in Soft Tissue Therapy & Sports Massage in 2014.
Laura’s love for sports and fitness has been a constant in her life, and her passion for horses played a significant role in her decision to pursue a career in soft tissue therapy. She shadowed a fellow equine and human therapist during her A-Levels and was immediately drawn to the benefits of soft tissue therapy for both equine and human patients.
Laura’s approach to treatment is to find and treat the root cause of pain or injury, rather than just addressing the symptoms. Over the years, she has developed a signature treatment method that has proven to be successful in helping hundreds of clients from diverse backgrounds.
In her treatments, Laura uses a wide range of modalities such as soft tissue massage, soft tissue release (STR), neuromuscular technique (NMT), myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, muscle energy technique (MET), exercise prescription, kinesiotape, assisted stretching, and expert advice.
When not in the clinic, Laura can be found with her horse or enjoying the countryside with her fiance and their two dogs.
